Fall 2019 Enrichment Classes

FALL SESSION: SEPTEMBER 16, 2019 - NOVEMBER 21, 2019

Registration for the Fall Session of Auxiliary Programs begins online Tuesday, August 20 at 10:00 am and runs through Friday, August 30 at 10:00 pm. All registration, except where noted, takes place via CampBrain.

Registration Procedures

Registration for all after school activities will take place through our CampBrain Auxiliary Programs registration website. 

Class spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. Occasionally, the age and gender of students will be considered to maintain balanced and manageable classes. After a class is filled, children will be placed on a waiting list, again first come first serve. Students on the waiting list for a particular class are enrolled based on the order of the waiting list if and when additional spaces become available.

Classes have a minimum and maximum number for enrollment and may be cancelled if the minimum number is not met. Under-enrolled classes will be announced in via email and given a deadline to meet enrollment requirements. If a class is cancelled, we will contact the parents of enrolled children via email.

If you do NOT receive confirmation immediately after submitting your registration, please check that you have completed all steps online and then contact Caitlin Webster as soon as possible. NO CONFIRMATION = NOT REGISTERED.

 

Billing Information

  • Please do not send a check upon registration; you will be billed by the Finance Office through FACTs. Payment is due upon receipt of the FACTs billing statement.
  • Students are eligible for the Multiple Program Discount of $35.00 if they are already enrolled in After 3 Club (a separate program from after school classes) on the same day as the class for which they are registering meets.
  • Families receiving Financial Assistance for tuition receive a discount on registration fees for ONE after school class per session (additional classes may be taken for the regular price). Families receiving a Financial Assistance Discount are not eligible for the Multiple Program Discount.
  • There is a $45.00 Spring Musical discount available for classes that overlap with the Musical season. 
 

A Note about Friday Classes

Friday classes DO run on Noon Dismissal Fridays at their normal times. The only exceptions are half days when the school closes at noon and no aftercare is offered (such as on holiday chapel days). Students attending Friday classes on Noon Dismissal days may drop in to After 3 Club until the class begins (regular drop-in fees do apply). In these cases, please pack a lunch for your child and remember to notify the front desk of any dismissal changes.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

ASP Class Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, refunds will be given on a case by case basis according to these terms:
During the registration period, families may make changes to their classes with zero monetary commitment or additional fees.
Once the registration period is over, families may make class cancellations up to 5 days prior to the beginning of the session for no monetary commitment with the exception of a 10% administrative fee.

Families may receive a pro-rated refund up to 5 days after the second class of the session, minus a 10% administrative fee. After that time period, no refund may be given. 

NPS reserves the right to cancel a class period due to weather, instructor illness, and other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, NPS will notify parents as soon as possible. For single-class cancellations, a makeup class may or may not be scheduled, and students may be able to stay in After 3 Club free of charge if possible. No refunds are issued for single-class cancellations or due to student absences. 

In cases where a program must be cancelled all together, families will not pay any fees for the cancelled classes. If any fees have been collected, NPS will issue a pro-rated refund for any classes missed.

Written notification to the Director of Auxiliary Programs is required for registration changes and cancellations.

ASP Class Changes & Late Additions Policy
Should you need to change or amend your registration, adjustments will be made on a case by case basis according to these terms:

Because many classes are subject to minimum class enrollment, students may or may not be able to add or change classes after the registration period has ended. Requests should be made in writing.

During the registration period, families may make changes to their classes with zero monetary commitment or additional fees.
After the registration period has ended, families may make additions to their after school schedule up to 5 days after the second class of the session. 

Late additions to classes may receive a pro-rated fee, plus a 10% administrative fee. If switching classes, families will be responsible for any difference in pricing between the two classes, plus a 10% administrative fee.

After 3 Club and Early Birds Cancellations and Late Registration Policy
Should you need to cancel or amend your registration, adjustments will be made on a case by case basis according to these terms:

Written notification is required for cancellations and late registrations for After 3 Club and Early Birds.

During the registration period, families may make changes to their schedule with zero monetary commitment or additional fees.

After the registration period has ended, families may make changes or additions to their before and after care schedule at any time. 

Late additions to these programs may receive a pro-rated fee, plus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations to these programs may receive a pro-rated refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

NPS reserves the right to cancel these programs due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, NPS will notify parents as soon as possible. No refunds are issued for cancellations or due to student absences.
