Develop long-term financial forecasts to support planning and priorities, considering all angles and implications of school financial decisions, assessing opportunities, risks, and resources
Review faculty and staff compensation to support, retain, and attract top-level educators in a competitive and high cost region
Continue to prioritize and grow the NPS endowment to secure opportunities for future generations of students
Provide a high value for an independent school education and work as good stewards of our community’s resources as we better understand the underlying economics for our families
Conduct a capital campaign for institutional priorities, including facilities improvements to strengthen the program and the NPS student experience
