Development and Fundraising
We are very grateful for your interest in and support of our school.
The NPS Office of Development and Alumni Affairs is responsible for supporting the School through events that build and maintain our wonderful school's community and through charitable fundraising.
The support we receive from our families, grandparents, alumni, friends, and businesses for our efforts - including Annual Giving and the Auction - is essential. Annual Giving helps close the gap between tuition income and annual operating expenses. This gap exists because the School is committed to keeping tuition as low as possible, relying on fundraising and auxiliary programs to fund this gap. Other fundraising events, the Auction in particular, help raise funds for specific expenses such as Financial Aid that, like the expense gap, are not covered by tuition. By keeping tuition relatively low, an NPS education is available to as many qualified children as possible.
Strong parental involvement is crucial to the success of all School fundraising and community outreach efforts. Each year the School strives for 100 percent parent and faculty participation in all fundraising. This level of participation demonstrates to corporations, foundations, and the greater NPS community that parents are committed to a vibrant future for the School.
Your gifts are tax-deductible and make a significant difference in each child’s educational experience. When invited to contribute, please give as generously as you can.
