Grade Six Fundraising

The NPS Grade Six students raise funds to support two primary aspects of NPS: community service activities for the following school year and the endowment.

Our sixth graders raise funds through planned fundraising events such as Ledo Pizza Nights, Politics and Prose Book sales, carwashes in the Church parking lot, yard work, and mothers' helpers. The class, together with the sixth grade room parents, decides what fundraising activities will be implemented for the year in October, and then in the Spring, the students, room parents, and community service liaisons decide how the raised funds will be allocated and what community service projects to focus on.

It is an NPS policy that the students' fundraising efforts will not interfere with academics or the outplacement process at any time.
