Ways to Give

Contributions to the auction are primarily items to be auctioned and funds to underwrite the event. However, there are many ways by which to contribute to NPS and the Auction.

Get your flux capacitor warmed up because we are going Back To The 80's.

Here's a quick preview of some of the radical items to bid on during the SILENT auction on the night of March 8:

"Vacation, All I ever wanted. Vacation, Had to get away!" Attention all Go Gos, bid on trips to Long Boat Key, the Eastern Shore, Hilton Head and Deep Creek Lake as well as "staycations" at the W and the Ritz in DC.

Roy Hobbs, Crash Davis and even Moonlight Graham himself will be bidding on amazing tickets to the Nats, Caps, Georgetown basketball and the Washington Kastles Tennis Team (including special VIP access to meet your favorite tennis stars)!

Looking for a night out on the town? Win gift certificates to Le Diplomate, Charlie Palmer, Ghibellina and many other DC hot spots.

Or you can stay in and invite your BFF's over for a righteous party at your place! How about a catered lunch for 10 from Jetties? Maybe delicious catering with a carving station for 25 from MGM Roast beef at your NPS graduation party or other gathering? Hosting an intimate dinner party where you don't have to worry about the food -- Bid on a catered dinner for 4 from Eat and Smile Foods.

All of your Goonies at home will love it if you bring home legos, the American Girl doll of the Year, signed baseballs and jerseys, and a PlayStation!

Finally, don't forget to get in your request to Casey Kasem if you want to hear your song the night of the auction. Want to send some love or thanks to a special someone? Request a song on your RSVP card and it will be played during the silent auction. "Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars!"

Tell Russ and Audrey to get packing. It's vacation time! Take a trip to the luxurious Four Seasons in Nevis. Or need a quick and relaxing getaway from it all? Spend a night in Middleburg at the new Salamander Resort and Spa, relaxing at the spa and seeing horse country on a hot air balloon ride. There is even a European Vacation to Ireland and an African Safari!

"If you build it, he will come." Head out to your favorite Field of Dreams. Feel like a VIP at Fenway Park in Boston with a pre-game tour, fab seats, autographed baseballs, in-game scoreboard message and dinner! Or stay here in DC and win 8 awesome tickets to see the Nationals take on the Mets. Before the game, stop by the MASN booth to meet Nats announcers Ray Knight and Johnny Holiday, and get a signed jersey from Ray himself, the MVP of the 1986 World Series!

Win an instant cocktail party for 20 of your coolest friends. Perfect for the next time Jake Ryan's parents go out of town.

Last, but not least...they may not be New Kids on the Block or New Edition, but there are 4 great seats to see One Direction at Nats Stadium. Like, enough said.

PS: It's sooooo not 1986 anymore, you can RSVP online! Questions? Contact Mary Marra.
